Does ZMBeiDiao have a web-based or API product?

ZMBeiDiao has an industry-leading web solution that offers quick configuration and customer flexibility. Screening candidates with the web-based product is as easy as sharing an invitation link and then checking and reviewing the results on the ZMBeiDiao dashboard.

How long does it take to get started? What is required to get up and running?

Setting up an account takes up to one business day. First, our sales team will help you decide which package(s) are needed. Then you provide documentation to verify that you represent a business with a permissible purpose to order and review consumer reports. Additional requirements apply if the API is used to order live background check reports.

How long do your background checks take?

Comprehensive background checks take about one business day on average.

Can ZMBeiDiao run background checks on minors?

ZMBeiDiao does not provide any screening services that cover the background of minors.

How is my personal and business data protected?

Our platform uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for encrypting all personal information online, including your business information and your payment methods. When you are logged in to our site, you will notice there’s a HTTPS, instead of an HTTP in the URL so you can visually see that you are in a secured location of our site.
